Depends on the tech they send, I’ve had varied experiences. Overall, they took care of solving my problems after moving to my new home and dealing with some issues typically found in houses that have been empty for a while. However, the rep they sent for that instance was a bit inappropriately friendly and forward. Then they changed to Matt who was AMAZING but he left and then they sent John who... was not friendly or helpful at all. Last week they sent a new person, Aaron and so far I could not be happier.
