If you aren’t completely satisfied, we will work with you until you are!
If pests return between treatments, JP Miller & Sons Services will return at no extra charge. And if we’re unable to solve your pest problem, we’ll refund your last service payment as long as you’re a customer. More importantly, call us anytime you have a problem and we’ll be there for you.
The Fine Print
Service includes inspection and treatment to the following major areas:
- Inside the home
- Outside the home; porches, windows, and trash containment areas
- Crawlspace
Treatment to your home will be performed on areas (2) and (3) when your service professional does not have access to the inside of your home.
Note: Termites are not covered by this agreement. A termite inspectionis recommended for your structure.
We Keep the Pests Outdoors
Should you experience a persistent infestation and your under one of our monthly service programs, we'll provide complimentary corrective service until the infestation is under control. *
This agreement shall be effective for an original period of 12 months, and shall renew itself thereafter unless (30 day written) notifications is received from you, the customer after the initial 12 month agreement. If you wish to cancel, you're be assessed and billed for half of the remaining length of the 12 month agreement.
This service contract is for residential property. If the size of the property is different than what you, the buyer provided, we may adjust the price accordingly.
* An infestation means that the quantities of pests in your home are large enough to be harmful, threatening, or obnoxious.
