    • What is pest control?

Pest control has two different definitions.

First, pest control means keeping a population of pests down to a minimal and manageable level—”controlling” them. For pests that don’t have nests or colonies, this is often the case.

Most of the time, pest control means extermination—eliminating the present infestation completely.

With either control or extermination, we can add preventative services to help avoid re-infestation.

    • Termites in Coral Springs, Delray Beach, and Lighthouse Point
In Florida, we generally deal with three different types of termites — drywood, formosan, and subterranean.
    • Termite Treatment Warranty

Each fumigation includes a 12 month warranty period that may be renewed every year on the anniversary of the original fumigation.

This will offer peace of mind and continued protection for your home.

    • Termite Preventative Measures

As a homeowner, here are a few ideas to help prevent termite infestations

      • Stack all wood and wooden items several feet away from your building
      • For construction, use only pressure-treated wood which touches the ground
      • Fix leaking water fixtures and lines
      • Repair any downspouts, eaves, gables and shingles
      • Use yellow or pale amber outdoor bulbs, especially during the spring
    • Termite Inspections
We provide termite inspections for home sales, refinances, VA loans, and peace of mind. All necessary documentation included. As a bonus to our ongoing maintenance program customers, we provide complimentary visual inspections for wood destroying insects at each visit as well to ensure the best protection against the most damaging of pests.
    • Termite Infestation

Problems usually start when you notice small, clear insect wings scattered about the outside of your house. As the termites take up residence in your home, they’ll shed their wings and being to reproduce.

Termite swarms may be visible in the early spring. Termites are often confused with flying ants. Look for any damaged wood, soft wood, mud tubes and darkening or blistering of wood structures.

    • Termite Damage

The average Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach or Boca Raton home accrues $7,900 in termite damages. Unfortunately, termite damage may not be covered by many homeowners’ insurance.

Annual inspections often provides early discovery, providing a head start.
